Please note that colours inevitably vary from monitor to monitor. Therefore, there may be slight variation in colours from monitor to print.

Refund Policy

We really hope that you love your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return items within 21 days of delivery. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

You may return items in either the original packaging or other suitable packaging, but returns must be undamaged and reach us in a re-saleable condition. Items returned in inappropriate packaging, which fails to provide protection during transit may be subject to a partial refund only, or in some cases no refund if the damage is extensive. If making a return, please ensure that your packaging is adequate and robust.

Once your return order is received by us, a refund will be issued via the original payment method and you will receive an email confirming the refund. Please note that it can take 7 – 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.

Cancellations

Due to our quick turn around times, if you wish to cancel an order, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Delivery Details

You are responsible for providing correct and up to date delivery details. We cannot accept responsibility for missing orders due to incorrect delivery details. Please double check before you place your order, and ensure that we also have your correct e-mail address in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

– Custom or personalised orders

– Items on sale

Maximum order limit

We operate a maximum order limit of £100. Should you wish to order to an amount in excess of this please contact us directly in the first instance. Your payment will not go through if you attempt an order of this amount or higher.

Commissions

We do take orders for commissions. The cost of which depends upon the intricacy of the design requested. If you should have a favourite bible verse or saying that is not currently available within our store that you would like on a greeting card please get in touch and we will see if we can accommodate your request. We reserve the right to refuse any request made due to reasons such as, but not limited to, inappropriate language and lack of appropriate time required to complete the order to our high standards.
